Bumper Plate 15 kg is included naturally in your Bumper Plate set, not just because it is a long lasting, high quality but because it can be used for many different exercises.

Bumper Plate tested for 9000 drops and has the same diameter as other Bumper Plates from KettlebellShop™. This increases durability, as everyone helps to get rid of the shock - also for our Olympic barbels.

The material further has the advantage of damping the noise when throwing the disc or lever. And you do - because you always have to focus on your positive and negative movements.

All our Bumper Plates are manufactured for long durability and are especially suitable for functional training, deadlifting and maximum load training. But they can also be included in your other workouts, for example, for stomach bending with weight discs. Here are some examples of exercises:

Start position:
Lie on your back with your legs bowed and your elbows lifted from the floor. Hold a weight plate against the chest.
Lift the upper body up. Make yourself as long as possible on the way up. Keep your back in the floor at the top of the motion and all the way down.
Funny and controlled. The exercise should take about 5 seconds to complete.
