If you want to maintain and achieve improvements in functional strength and in your general training state, then the body needs to be stimulated with a wide range of exercises.
Mace Bell Hammer can be used for functional training with many different exercises, such as squat and snatches and for exercises that are somewhat reminiscent of Clubbell exercises. Also, rotary exercises such as light bends over the head and behind the neck. With a MaceBell Hammer, the weight is primarily in the ball and thus far out on the shaft. So a small weight can easily become a challenge.
