The Pahlavandle™ simply screws onto any soda plastic bottle turning it instantly into a pair of adjustable Indian Clubs. Perfect for training at home, on holidays or anywhere, anytime.

Indian clubs are one of the oldest strength training tools to improve flexibility of the upper limbs, full body coordination and strength in all 3 planes of motion.

With 20 cm in length and 65 grams, Pahlavandle ™ is comfortable to carry. With an average diameter of 28 mm is suitable for children, women and men.

The material used for Pahlavandle ™ is food-borne plastic. There are many opportunities to vary training and increase intensity with Pahlavandles. You can increase the intensity by extending up to three Pahlavandles and with a maximum weight of 3 kilos. A weight insert can be purchased and can be used with fat grips.

Ajustable Weight
Pahlavandle ™'s unique design and features allow you to find the right starting weight and go to a heavier club as skills and improved strength. Experiment with different fillers, and the weight goes up to about 3.0 kg.

Fill only 50% in Pahlavandle ™ to create a weight shift.

This weight shifting allows sound, timing and coordination to help you. A fluid swing makes no sound, so you know exactly when you swing properly.
