This beautiful balance sheet can basically build your stability and balance control. The balance board is ideal for training knees, ligaments and ankles and is very suitable for rehabilitation.
Is suitable both at home, in physiotherapy, associations and sports clubs.
For example, try drills on one leg on the board, keep your back straight and avoid the knee coming too far beyond the tip of the toe. Then flip so the board touches the floor in front and so behind.
