Balls (Slam, Wall, Medicine balls)
We have a wide selection of balls for functional training and for cross training, for example for stations in circle training. Balls can also be used in connection with rehabilitation. The balls can be used individually or as part of partner training.
Do you want to train explosive strength training? We have the balls for effective training. With the training balls you can do bodyweight exercises with load eg abdominal bends or squats with throws up against a wall to improve your endurance, explosiveness, coordination and core strength.
