Wood Jerk Block set

A stacker block, also known as a Jerkbox or an Olympic Weight Lifting Box, is a stackable raised platform to get the lever out of the floor, so you can practice shocks. A jerk is the absolute ultimate in clean-and-jerk, with the pole over the head.

A Jerk Block can also be used for standing exercises, such as push and squat, starting from a selected height of your Jerk Block.
